Excited to share this new artwork for legendary Memphis band Lucero’s Family Christmas show!
It was an honor to create another poster for this great band! Illustrating this was a lot of fun and I think it captures the bands longing and nostalgic vibe within their music. I wanted to do some great detail on the truck and tree while having the rest a bit more loose and blurry for that dream-like feeling. Was fun to draw Santa too which reminds me of when I was a little kid driving back from relatives houses on Christmas Eve looking out the window thinking I was gonna see Santa! I never did! haha
