Stoked to share this new poster for the amazing The Black Keys tonight at the SOLD OUT Stone Pony Summer Stage show in Asbury Park, New Jersey! Supporting their beautiful new album, No Rain, No Flowers, releasing August 8th! 💦 🥀
This was one of the most fun, most detailed and challenging posters for me to draw so far! I wanted to create an illustration poster that had a New Jersey vibe, inspired by the famous Stone Pony venue and spotlighted Dan and Patrick’s super fun Record Hang DJ nights! I kept it fun, surreal and included a famous certain New Jersey musician you will probably recognize who has a strong connection to NJ and the Stone Pony in particular because he performed there a lot when he got his start.
