THE BLACK KEYS LIVE IN MINNEAPOLIS!

Excited to share another new poster for The Black Keys this time in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the incredible and historical The Armory! Live tonight with The Heavy Heavy! This was an incredibly fun one to draw especially as I was drawing being able to admire and marvel at the beauty and genius of the architecture of this magnificent building! I wanted to make sure I did something fun and iconic to celebrate the history and excitement of the show. The Armory was built by the Public Works Administration in 1936 and was used by The US Army, Navy and National Guard for events and more. I read they call this amazing style of architecture “streamline monderne”. A style and design with “strong geometry, bold contouring and integrated sculpture ornamentation". Luckily they kept this historic almost 100-year-old building and renovated it and turned it into a beautiful concert venue in 2018. ARTWORK FOR BLACK KEYS IN NEW YORK!

Excited to share this poster for The Black Keys in Forest Hills, New York at the historic Forest Hills Stadium with Gary Clark Jr.! I was very excited to draw this poster of this legendary venue known for hosting the US Open and lots of tennis tournaments and big well-known bands for over sixty years! At first I considered doing something kinda tennis-themed, but thought that would be too much, so I opted to just use “tennis ball yellow” for the band name, and green all around the venue with kind a bit of a vintage look especially utilizing the tan/pop-yellow paper color which kind of resembles an old newspaper vibe. Which also this vintage-y style, also bled over into the new recent Musikfest poster as well. So these two posters are kinda like two peas in a pod. This poster is also the first time I ever drew their infamous and awesome gear semi-truck! There is also a small motorcycle in the bottom left from the “Man on A Mission” music video. Along with the awesome The Velveteers! This is the tenth poster I have made for them this tour! So wild! I thought I would be lucky enough to do just one! I put everything I had into them to make them good and also I’m a huge fan since discovering the first album The Big Come Up at the record shop I was working at way back in 2002. I have sooo much fun making these! Wanted to make a poster vibing on the fun and summer of Atlantic City beach and the historic Steel Pier with a lil nod and shoutout to og incredible artist Bill Bell! ETHEREUM 10-YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

New artwork celebrating Ethereum’s 10-Year Anniversary! I created this piece just for fun to celebrate the fantastic and trailblazing blockchain created by genius Vitalik Buterin!

Five years after the NFT craze of 2021, I’ve been privileged to see the worst and the best of crypto up front and center with one-hundred times the inflated price of entry for a up-close front and center row ticket, including both unlimited popcorn and soda. A four-year cyclical (and cynical lol) bear market and an unsuspecting one for a new entrant into crypto was one-hundred percent a brutal experience to say the least. Especially in an environment completely filled with degenerate scammers, trolls, stalkers, fake artists and bottom of the barrel mudskippers. (No offense to actual mudskippers). Yet, also a very enlightening experience. You can learn a lot from a place like this.. Just go hang out long enough at any nearest seedy dive bar for a taste. Although, beyond the scams and unjustified bad reputation of a life-changing new technology by ignorant people who don’t know what they are talking about, the incredible blockchain Ethereum continues to prevail as one of the most important and trusted decentralized technologies out there. I am able to mint my artwork with digital provenance and actually sell digital art and make a living because of it. And because of that, I am eternally grateful. One day everyone else will catch up when they drop their bias and stop listening to others telling them what to think. Sorry not sorry, Ethereum is the future! Congrats devs!

Excited to share a second new label for awesome new brewery in Portland, Oregon, Tiny Giants! Been so fun drawing all this art for them! In this second one I brought back the lil mischievous “tiny giants” creatures along with a four-eyed polar bear.

This west coast pale ale is a collaboration between Tiny Giants and the great people at Foreland Beer and distributed by Day One Distribution. Keep an eye out for more labels featuring creatures and characters from the Tiny Giants universe! Specifically that wolfman hand in the top right!

ARTWORK FOR TINY GIANTS BREWING!

Excited to share this new artwork for awesome new brewery in Portland, Oregon, Tiny Giants! It’s been a blast drawing a bunch of art for them and the owner Stephen is the coolest dude ever! He has the best energy and passion for brewing great beer! He used to be the head brewer at Fracture Brewing and is now doing his own thing!

This is the first label of hopefully many! We are already working on a handful more! This hazy IPA is a collaboration between Tiny Giants and the great people at Great Notion Brewing and distributed by Day One Distribution. The name Tiny Giants is inspired by Modest Mouse lyrics and so is the art! I pretty much only listen to Modest Mouse when making art for Tiny Giants. We are both og fans! Keep an eye out for more labels for them here and on their and my Instagram!

POSTER FOR THE BLACK KEYS IN FRANCE! 🇫🇷

Happy to share this new artwork for The Black Keys “No Rain, No Flowers” shows in France! The guys are touring Europe in Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, with three shows in France, plus the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Spain all throughout July! First France show is at the Garorock Festival in Marmande, then Festival BEAUREGARD at Château de Beauregard in Hérouville Saint Clair and then the La Nuit De L’Erde Festival in Nort Sur Erde!

This one was super fun to make! I wanted to do something a bit surreal, quirky and fancy for the people of France!

Excited to share this new artwork for the official The Black Keys “No Rain, No Flowers” Europe 2025 Tour merch poster! The guys are there now touring in Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Spain all throughout July! Then they come back and do a second leg of US tour shows! (Hopefully making posters for those too! ;))

I had a blast making this! I wanted to do something fun with a handful of easter eggs including the original house in Akron where the guys go their start as well as the well-known El Camino tour van, etc! There is a chance we may also release a larger horizontal version of this poster as an online only print! Keep you posted here and on instagram!

This was one of the most fun, most detailed and challenging posters for me to draw so far! I wanted to create an illustration poster that had a New Jersey vibe, inspired by the famous Stone Pony venue and spotlighted Dan and Patrick’s super fun Record Hang DJ nights! I kept it fun, surreal and included a famous certain New Jersey musician you will probably recognize who has a strong connection to NJ and the Stone Pony in particular because he performed there a lot when he got his start.

Excited to share yet another new poster for the incredible The Black Keys tonight at the Red Hat Amphitheater as they continue their US tour in Raleigh, North Carolina! Supporting their beautiful new album, No Rain, No Flowers, releasing August 8th! 💦 🥀

This poster is a bit of a gem and turning point for me because it was one of the last drawings I did for this tour and the only draft of many at the beginning that didn’t get accepted until last minute. I really just had the guitar/flower/bee drums idea down, but once we had the venue locked in, I added everything else including the venue amphitheater/stage, the city roof corner perspective, and the blades of grass, etc. I really love this poster for the organic style and vibe of it as I breezed through it totally in a flow state perfecting more of my illustration style. Real ones will know which guitar that is.

This one was super fun to draw! With this art I was going for sort of a play on retro soul posters but in my style and vibe. I wanted to spotlight Patrick and Dan, also many rose flowers, a record player and records showcasing their super catchy new single “Babygirl” and their awesome DJ Record Hang gigs plus also the beautiful venue they are playing at in Wilmington. I also have family who have lived in Wilmington so this poster holds a special place in my heart.
